Real life prior to the dream: It was the Wednesday before my birthday. J1 (an ex) was sleeping over, and J2 (a new friend) came to visit. I had told J2 I was busy or something and didn't tell him about J1. I hadn't planned to have J1 com over, but I changed my mind by that evening. I was mad at J1 for giving me limited choices about when he'd visit me for my birthday.

In the dream, I was sleeping with J1 in my bed. Since he was in my bed in real life, the dream seemed extremely real and normal at first. I thought I was awake, but was confused and scared by the 'hallucinations' . My living room kept changing... Doors kept appearing out of nowhere. At one point I was in bed with J1, and kept trying to wake him up, because I was scared. His leg was over me, trapping me in a way, and I was trying to push it up and wake him up. I kept telling him to wake up, that I was getting the creeps.

He was weird; he 'spoke' but seemed to be still asleep, a if he was possessed and it wasn't him speaking. With his eyes closed and still rolled over, he said "I want a hygiene sandwich."

I think I noticed the doors appearing/moving when I heard the doorbell ring, and I was trying to answer the door. I think I was telling J1 that I was scared and couldn't find the door when I was trying to wake him up.

I woke up for real when the real doorbell woke me up (?), or maybe it was that J2 rang the doorbell for real before I went to sleep, and I had the dream later. In real life, I was disturbed that J2 would show up without announcement.
